An elegant tulipwood oval occasional table, with marquetry inlaid drawer fronts and inlaid paneled sides and back, finished all the way around so it can sit out in a room. Nice Neoclassical escutcheons accent the three drawers. All four feet have bronze sabots. A kidney shaped lower shelf adds liveliness to the form. Good antique condition with some worming, light wear, a few small restorations, separations from age and use. Ca. 1900.
