A beautiful set of eight porcelain plates along with a matching footed serving dish, all decorated similarly, with curving rims and embossed foliate and shell motifs, all highlighted in fine gilding. The centers are embellished with green floral sprays which are further enhanced with more gilded detail. Excellent condition, Staffordshire, ca. 1840’s.
