An elegant bow front four drawer chest, ca. 1800-1810 on tall French feet and with the dropped panel apron and flame birch inset and detailed inlaid banding typical of Portsmouth, NH. Drawer fronts are mahogany with satinwood string inlay. Top and sides are cherry, with pine secondary wood. Original hardware.
