A fine pair of highly polished French steel carving utensils, the knife marked “ACIER FORGÉ” (FORGED STEEL). The original green faux leather box with gilt stamped borders is in very good condition, with only light wear, working clasp. The interior pale silk lining is intact, with some light oxidation from the metal. Utensils are in very good condition. Knife is very sharp. Early 20th century.
