In orange and gold, a rare delicately painted Japanese inspired pattern, this dish features a fresh palette of burnt orange, salmon, gold and green, with accents of blue. The radiating layout has an elegant overlay of gold with flower forms and tree branches filling the white reserves. Ca. late 18th century, ca. 1775, commonly called the Dr. Wall period of the Worcester porcelain factory. Good antique condition with some wear, mainly to the high points of the scallop molded form.
