An elegant early 19th century coffee cup with distinctive decoration resembling flame stitch in green, blue, puce and gilding. The interior rim of the cup has a dainty gilt wisteria meander. Handpainted pattern number “79” on the bases of each. Good antique condition with some wear to the center of the saucer, other wise very good, typical artisanal irregularities.
