A beautifully gilded wall or pier mirror of elegant form, the graceful curves of the crest are complemented by the Rococo flourishes at the corners and the crest. The frame itself is carved with gadrooning and a “pearl” beaded border.The gilding is bright and in very good condition, with attractive hints of dark clay showing through the gold leaf in places. Very good antique condition, with later mirror plate, light wear, normal light signs of age. Ca. late 19th century.
