A fine late Regency/George IV Period English cabinet of luminous rosewood with an elegant tiered shelf super structure supported by carved scrolling brackets of solid rosewood. Very fine timber. Suitable for a variety of locations and uses, including as a slim sideboard cabinet. The front is framed by rosewood stiles. Rosettes stud the top terminals of the stiles and conceal a long felt lined drawer. Arched mirrors are set into the pair of door fronts. Interior of the cabinet is fitted with a shelf. Ca. 1820-1830. Good antique condition with typical signs of age and light use, good finish.
