$0.00
A lovely English stoneware china serving platter by Staffordshire pottery of John Rogers, decorated with an underglaze blue panorama center on the Boston State House, built ca. 1795, which resembles the United States Capitol. Here, sheep graze and cattle doze in this lovely bucolic scene. Good antique condition, with several firing/glaze flaws as made: little lumps, bumps, imperfections to the body and transfer. No chips. Impressed maker’s mark “Rogers 13 ” to the back (missing final letter “s”).
