A beautiful pair of pale blue/green porcelain ginger jars with elegant cream applied elements in the form of auspicious symbols and traditional vignettes of planters and vases, scrolls and bamboo, all interwoven into a tapestry of delights on a ground of pale aqua craquelure. With carved and gilded wooden bases. Early-mid 20th century. Excellent condition, with typical firing flaws and variations in coloring. No marks.
