$0.00

A stylish Restauration period mirror, ca. 1830-1840, retaining a good surface with original gilding and wood paneled back. The quintuple reeding on the face is an extension of an architectural detail that was incorporated throughout the full array of international decorative arts of the early 19th century. Good antique condition. Gilding remains bright, rubbed in places with red clay bole showing. Original mercury glass mirror plate, with very light starry speckling in places (please see detail photos).
