A very colorful antique Chinese vase adapted into a lamp, featuring peacocks and rockery on one side and phoenixes on the other, both sides with lots of vivid emerald green, very appealing compositions. The vase dates to the early part of the 20th century, (Republic Period) with later lamp fittings. The fittings include a turned wooden base, good quality brass fixtures and a handsome bronze finial. New shade of a textured sage green woven fabric. Height is adjustable with a telescopic rod.
