A fine and massive mid 19th century log bin resting on large cast brass lion’s paw feet and with lion’s head ring handles. Softly hammered surface to the body, with a rolled edge at the top and striking studded seams adding decorative interest. Polished, with some light patination to the surface in places, expected irregularities and imperfections, but very good condition overall. Interior partially painted black.
