Colorful and festive dinner size plates, a set of 10 Ashworth Bros. antique English Country floral designs, a classic English Country aesthetic. A lively palette of pinks, greens and blues fill a chinoiserie garden vignette inside a flared and scalloped rim edged in bright terra cotta iron oxide red. Ashworth began business ca. 1861 and later took over the moulds and designs of renowned Mason’s (Ironstone), and the Ashworth mark sometimes, as here, uses a similar crown motif. In very good, ready to use or display condition, with light wear. Ca. 1880
