A small Italianate version of a leggy carved oak chest of drawers, with a faux marble painted top and a charmingly carved block front encompassing three drawers and an ornamental apron. Each drawer is carved with Neoclassical husks flanking a carved beaded rondel setting off each escutcheon. Retains key with working locks. Early 20th century. Would be a great bedside table or occasional table in a variety of settings.
