An elegantly proportioned late 18th century (ca. 1785-1795) pembroke table, with slender square tapered legs terminating in brass sabots with casters. The table top is of prized plum pudding mahogany, an interesting “bird’s eye” grain pattern. One functional drawer, with a typical false drawer front on the other side, original hardware.
