A versatile antique water gilded mirror that can be hung either horizontally as an overmantel or vertically as a pier mirror. Attractively patinated with intricate applied gilt composition in graceful scrolling forms studded with flowers, each corner and each center marked by a highly polished gilt cabochon. Original mercury glass mirror plate. Good antique condition with signs of age: some surface irregularities, patina.
